Football season couldn't have gotten here soon enough.

In a weird synchronized shift, it seems like everyone I know has had a switch flipped, some gasket blown, something triggered in their minds that has caused a simultaneous wanting to leave, change, and move on. It sucks when certain suspicions are confirmed, and the only thing you can do is roll with the punches because the actions you want to take will only backfire in your face.
Sometimes, I just want out.

We hopped onto the Bishop/Red Baron tour with our buds in Choices Made and Thick As Blood. We only tagged along for four shows, but it was an amazing experience. Today is day 5 on the road. The surprises come in good and bad ways, but they just keep on coming. The drives don't get any shorter or easier though. Life on the road has its ups and downs, but all in all, it beats the normal life I lead. My hands, back, feet, and legs are killing me. Skating is taking a bigger toll on my body than it used to, but I'm finding that its so much more gratifying than it used to be.
