Goals for Myself

1. Eat healthier
2. Exercise at least 3 times a week
3. Stay Positive-even through the tough times
4. Stay focused on the tasks on hand
5. Read over school notes every night
6. Eat less
7. Live life to the fullest

I've come to a realization.
For awhile now I havn't been myself. I've been getting angry at people for no reason at all and constantly remembering "the good times".
I come back to the present and find myself wallowing in sorrow and I couldn't figure out why.
