yeah!!! zig-zagging across the atlantic?!?! how is that helpful, except that he'd be in business class? Plus, he'd have to rearrange his travel plans to leave earlier in the day.

Sounds like what my brother and sister in law are going through. They were flying to Shanghai via London. The plane they had to take in London was still on the ground but wouldn't accept them on it anymore, but their luggage was already in the transport system. Virgin said it was British Airways' fault and BA booked them on the next flight, but couldn't find their luggage on time. Then 4 days later my brother's luggage arrived, but not my sister-in-law's. Apparently they now both have their luggage, 6 days into their 12 day trip...

Ugh! What a pain! I still don't know if Heath has his luggage. His meetings are on Wednesday and Thursday. Right now it is Tuesday morning in Taipei, so they have just under 24 hours to get him his clothes. I hope his business contacts will be forgiving if he's not wearing a suit. :(
