I've always known over the years just how hands on Robert Smith is with all elements of production and this new article from digidesign.com confirms it. I am so looking forward to the 2008 North American tour, my one complaint is that they are starting the tour in

Great interviews. Richard Chartier who is discussed in the BUTT magazine article is a friend of mine and sometimes DJ partner. I've met MC when he DJ'd at our night here in DC. He's a trip and half. They just moved to Baltimore and I'm sure I'll be seeing more of them. Total art fags. I love it.

Several weeks later, and I've yet to find a way to say that's the most appropriate use of the phrase "Total Art Fags" I've ever (and ever expect to) see-or-hear.
