Awww :) Thanks! Yeah, I'm good - the kids are on summer vacation as of Friday, my hands are healed up, I got to meet William Shatner and life's good (if busy ;) ). Hope all's going well for you too? Have you had a chance to talk to your current boss about the transferal to the mainland or is that still up in the air?

I did, and he was actually pretty cool about it. I'm still taking on the new role in my company, but with the understanding that it's on a temporary basis. I appreciate you asking! :-)

I'm glad your boss took things well and disaster was averted :) And I'm happy for you that you still got to take on the new role that you were so thrilled to have been offered - seems like it is a bit of a win-win situation all around, and I firmly believe that everyone deserves situations such as these in their lives from time to time :) (Also, of course I'd ask, I'm a curious bugger like that ;) )

Ahh .. yeah .. William Shatner *sighs contently* An amazing weekend that I got to spend in London there .. He was very friendly and amicable to his fans :)
