Workin my wheels.

BB Squatz: barx10, 95x10, 135x10, 155x10
Deadlifts: 135x10x3

Cardio: 2.8 miles, 30 minutes.

My ex-roommate Mike scored more than enough money in grants to pay off his tuition at WSU. Good for him. Why did I say that this is a fitness log now
