Weighted walking lunges: 45x10(steps?) This set off a weird shocking pain in my tailbone. No bueno.
GHR: 10,10,10
Cardio: 45 minutes elliptical, light resistance.
Wednesday - Cardio
20 minutes light elliptical, 10 minute mile on the treadmill.
Decline abdominal situps: 1xfail, too sore.
