Something is weird

I don't really know what is going on today but it is not ok. Everything seems weird to me today nothing is right. My stomach is uneasy, my mind won't stop, and I can't close my eyes. It's not enjoyable, soothing, or calming. It's crazy, depressing, and FUCKED. I don't know what to do, nothing seems to work. I can't go to sleep. NOTHING is ok.....

Hey, I know we haven't talked for like 2 + years, but this sounds like a panic attack. I used to get them all the time and I still do occasionally. They are terrifying, I went to my doctor the first time I had one and she gave me some pills to take when I thought one was coming on and they really helped. If it keeps happening I'd go see a doctor. Anways, I hope you feel better and I hope you have a good Christmas!
