I don't know much about the business end of it, staffing and so forth... but in terms of the equipment, whatever it is, if it's mechanical I'm pretty sure I can fix and/or repair it. What are you running on at the moment?

Well, the staffing I can handle. I just need someone who can manage the equipment for me.

We're running on the basics here. Transceiver, dish, console... nothing all that complicated but I'm really not used to the technical side of the news.
