A few weeks ago, my brother took a trip to the local Liquor store to get a case of beer. When he was there he saw a sign that said "liquor store parking 15 minutes or less" or something like that. He noticed that it was not screwed into the pavement. He decieded to put it in the bed of his truck and take it home. He put it in our garage
