well i just got back from runnin up at the sau track.i'v decided that i really need to concentrate on my running this fall, i still wanna have the best cross country season i'v ever had this year, and if i wanna do that, i need to give it 100%.i have until september 15th before i start competing, and when i get out there and race for the first time
