so my parents are away this week, not next week. they left this morning. mother and i weren't speaking for most of this week, so I couldn't wait for them to leave. now i miss them and the apartment feels so empty and i want to just hurry up and finish this stupid project

Liz,
I know and hate that feeling of emptiness. I have a truckload of DVD's and would be more than willing to bring a few over and watch some movies.
