I thought it would be a lot easier to find a hotspot in SF today. I went to 3 coffeeshops along Market St., and I did learn a valuable lesson after the first one. After Hurricane Katrina battered the US South, knocking out oil platforms in the Gulf of Mexico, Hugo Chávez offered to provide food and extra oil to the US to help relieve them after the disaster. He has offered up to sell as much as 66,000 barrels of heating fuel to poor communities who were hit by the hurricane.
