But it's getting oh-so hard to spend these days without my heart
Long update that no one will probably read?
Last Sunday we went out to Lunkfast. I wore my "Thing 1" hoodie and my grandma was like, "Where's Thing 2?" haha. So then, Scott comes over, and what does he have on? His "Thing 2" hoodie. Yeaaah, we're just cool like that. We hung out for the remainder of the day. And, we played Spongebob Monopoly with Tim and Chelsea. That was fun. I was actually able to play pretty much the whole game, which is veryyy unusual for me because when it comes to stuff like games, I have the attention span of a 2 year old.
Monday, I spent the whooooole day from 9:40ish 'til about 8:30 typing up the leads for my mom's work. It totalled in 23 hours, so at ten bucks an hour, I get $230. Buuut, after taxes and stuff, who knows what that will be. Then after that, I studied quick for Soc and Bio. When I went to bed, all I could think of was numbers, because of the typing I did all day...it was crazy. It took me forever to fall asleep, which of course sucked.
Tuesday I had my Bio quiz. I found it really easy. Then I had my test in Soc, and it wasn't too bad! History of Rock 'n Roll we watched a video and that's about it. After school mom and I went to this store called Christmas Tree Shops. It's like Big Lots...a lot of crap at good prices :p Then I came home and, yeah. Later we went to my grandparents for dinner. We had plectar (sp?) which is basically Swedish pancakes...it's kind of like crepes, according to my grandma. They're really good. We also had bacon, and my grandpa's cousin Donna took the last piece (which I was gonna take) and it really pissed me off. I mean, yeah, it's just food, but I was waiting to take it. She goes, "OH! I'll take the last piece of bacon...heheh" You bitchhh, hahah. Yeah, I'm lame. That was Tuuuuuesday.
Wednesday, I did a lot of laundry, so I wouldn't have to worry about it because I figured I'd be at Scott's most of Thursday and Friday. Scott ended up coming over after work, around 8:45. We just watched some tv, then he left since I had class Thursday and he was tired.
Thursday, in Bio we got quizzes back. I got %100!! I was so excited, haha. And in Soc we got the test back...I think I got a 78%, can't really remember, but we did test corrections so it'll be higher. It was a veryyy boring class, as always. Honestly, I really don't know how I stay awake in that class. In history of rock 'n roll we just listened to some music, then started the listening section of our midterm. Thankfully he let us use our books and work in our band groups. Now I just have multiple choice questions to do. Funnn. After class Scott picked me up and he got me lunch, then we met up with Pete at their apartment. Then we went to his sister's in Honeoye Falls. We hung out there for a while...he packed up some more of his stuff while I layed on his bed (I offered a bunch of times to help, but he told me to just lay down since I was tired). Then he layed with me for a while... :)
Then he figured Pete would be there soon with his van to move some of the stuff to the apartment, so he took his mattress off and put it in the hallway and we hung out in the living room for a while. His sister's dogs (rottweiler and a lab) were jumping on me so much, I had mud all over my jeans. Blah. Finally Pete was there and I did some more sitting and not helping...they were moving all the really heavy stuff. After that we drove back over to the apartment in Henrietta...then I helped move stuff in! haha. Then we went back to Scott's sister's to get his bed and one of their couches, and went back to the apartment again. On the way back we had a really good conversation. It was sort of entertaining to see the guys take Scott's huuuuge mattress up the stairs, hahah. The apartment is awesome, Scott has the master bedroom with a big walk in closet and his own sink..."very niiice!" It was a fun night!
Friday, Scott picked me up at 10:30ish and we went grocery shopping since he didn't have anything at the apartment. Then we went back to his place and hung out. We watched part of Frailty, had some cereal, then we watched Talladega Nights since Scott didn't see it. After that we went and layed down for a while, and then went back to my house. That was a mistake. Scott kept looking at me, like he was saying "whyyyy?!" hahaha. It was my decision to go back to my place, and man it was a dumb one. Tim and Chelsea were so damn annoying. That was yesterday.
Today, I had to work. It was really nasty outside, and we were late. I was kind of nervous and really bored at first since there wasn't really anything to do. My mom gave me a few things to do though, and then some kids came so I watched them in the playroom and did face painting and coloring. It was alright, but kind of exhausting...some of the kids were little brats! Ugh. But, I did make $10.50 an hour, and I worked 9-5. The sucky thing is, is that I don't get paid 'til April 6th, according to my mom. Lame. The owners/members really appreciated me being there for the kids though, so I guess I was kind of useful to them, haha. After that we drove over to Scott's so my mom could see the apartment. She got to meet Pete and while we're standing there, Pete goes, "So Britt, how'd you get those beads?" (I had a green bead necklace on...mardi gras kind) Hahaha, it was kind of awkward because my mom was standing there. But yeah, anyway, then we left, and I said bye really quick to Scott. I kind of wanted to stay but I didn't want to say anything. Of course I called him later tonight and one of the first things he said to me was, "I really, really miss you, even if I just saw you today, it wasn't for that long..." and then he said something about how he should've asked me to stay there. That phone conversation was over an hour long, but it was a good one (: I really have to start using the house phone while I'm here though because the cell phone bill was over...oops. But yeahh....that's my long update. I'm exhausted from today and my legs/knees/back are killing me, so g'night...hope everyone had a good St. Patrick's Day.
