So I'm between jobs again, which at this point I suspect is how I'm going to live the rest of my life, and honestly, I don't have a problem with that. I got offered a permanent position for 45K a year but I make significantly more than that at these contract jobs and only work 9 or so months out of the year. Hey Rae! How are you? I am hanging in there but I don't spend much time on the internet these days. Work, work, work. I see your doing some 100 posts challenge ... sounds interesting ... may be tempted to do it myself ... will definitely attempt to keep up with your posts.

I too have lost interest in TV. I watch Game of Thrones but I probably wouldn't even watch that if the boyfriend didn't watch it. For me, TV has gotten to aware of its audience and too aware of its own cleverness - somewhere someone forgot to entertain us. I guess writers have given entertainment over to the reality stars and indulge in narcissistic, over indulgent, vanity projects (I think I used three words that mean the same thing, or so Sam Seaborn might have said.) Speaking of, I have read somewhere, at some point, that Sorkin has another show coming out, something about TV news shows I think, I can't think of something I want to watch less.

I am enjoying your 100 posts - great choice. I like that your sharing knowledge. I have yet to come up with a subject for my 100 posts.
