For about a year now i havent had one fully satisfying day of happiness until about a week ago...and this past week i have felt so good..
havent had one bad day..nothing to upset me and it feels so good...
ive needed this for so long...
ive finally realized what i need to let go of and what i didnt 
need to hold on to and i have...its nice..

Hell yeah dude.. thats the way to be..lifes too short to be upset all the time...besides how can you really apreciate my company if youre sad or grumpy all the time...hahaha....ill end with these enlightening words
