So, I spent the rest of the day with wet socks. Fun. LOL Everything after that went pretty smooth (albiet cold after the sun went down). On the way back in, we were ( Read more... )

Eh, don't feel so bad about the dog...it was a mongrel...not like someones pet or something. :-) That is like when I was in Korea and people freaking out because I ate dog meat. It's not like I took some little girls puppy and took a bite out of it. LOL

And yes...my feet were all wrinkly. ;-)

The older ya' get, the crazier ya' get, and the less crazy the world will seem. You shouldn't hope not to be around...don't you want to watch the downfall of civilization? I think it will be entertaining. Just sit on the porch with some snacks, all old and gray, Jessica sitting on one side, a 20 gauge on the other, yelling at the neighborhood kids to "Get off my lawn!", cats crawling all over the place, pants pulled up to my nipples (with suspenders on, mind you), not remembering where I put my car keys (but that's only because the DMV already revoked my license for running over mail boxes..."Those coulda' been kids!" they said].
C'mon...look forward to the future. LOL

You are a strong person to go through things like that daily. Just wanted to thank you and tell you that being from a family that is military just like I do for them you are in my prayers. Be safe and God Bless. Vanessa( One Of Kats friends)

Thank you very much for your support. It's really cool of you to take the time to say such nice things. I think back to when my dad was off fighting the war in Vietnam, and how many of the soldiers came home to be spit on and disrespected. It definatly helps to be reminded that we have people at home who care. :-D
