Oh Lindsey...I know exactly how you feel about the parents thing, about how you want to be you and doing your own thing and at the same time making your parents some how believe you can do it. It's proved to be quite the task.

I know how you feel... I'm 23 and done with school, yet my parents still govern everything I do too. They threatened to cut me off financially also- cause my mom and I had a stupid argument and I packed up my bags to go back to Orlando early and I didn't want to be around her. I think it's just the way our parents are, they want the best for us and do everything they can to see us do well. It sucks but at least we know they care :)
