Hyukjae’s P.O.V.
After I got home from my meeting with Junsu and Yoochun I found my three roommates sitting on the couch eagerly awaiting my return.
“So?” Sungmin asks as soon as I step into the living room.
I smile really big and shake my head up and down.
“What’s that supposed to mean?” Leetuek and Sungmin ask in unison
“It means Junsu has a boyfriend” Yesung says jumping up to pull me into a hug
“How did you know that?” I ask baffled
“I’m and expert on body language” he informs
“Junsu has a boyfriend?” Sungmin asks pouting “why didn’t he tell me?”
“He wanted to be the one to tell me, and he knew you couldn’t keep it secret” I tell him remembering Junsu’s words “but more importantly, since when did you become an expert on body language?” I question Yesung.
“Actually I’m curious about that too” Leetuek adds
“I took a class” Yesung says shrugging the question off like it was nothing.
“What are you in school for?” Sungmin asks
“A spy” Yesung answers and the room falls silent
“You?” Sungmin asks after the initial shock wares off
“Are in school to become a…” I try to finish but I can’t get the words out of my mouth
“A spy?” Leetuek finishes the sentence for me
Yesung just nods his head in agreement
“Okay” Leetuek says slowly and then turn towards me “so everything is good now?”
“Yeah” I say “everything is perfect” and I truly believe that, nothing could go wrong. I had finally found the person I wanted to spend the rest of my life with, and no one was going to change that.
We spent a little more time talking but after Leetuek noticed what time it was he sent us all to bed, and once I got into my bed I decided to send Donghae a text.

Did you make it home okay?
I didn’t have to wait long for a reply, it came almost instantly

After I bid him goodnight I turned my lamp off and snuggled deeper into my comforter.
Donghae was everything I wanted.
“Finding you was the best thing that ever happened to me” I say to myself before I fall asleep
Donghae’s P.O.V.
After we said our goodnights I cuddle my fish plushy and think about how cruel that guy really was. I didn’t want to tell Hyukjae what really happened because I know he’d freak out.
******Flash Back******
“Come on this place sucks” Sukchul says dragging me away from the one person I really wanted to be with, Hyukjae.
“It wasn’t so bad” I defend; nothing could be bad if Hyukjae was there.
“Are you serious?” Sukchul practically laughs in my face
“Yes” I say trying hard not to let the annoyance show in my voice
“And who were those old losers you were talking with? They looked like a bunch of pedophiles trying to get into your pants” Sukchul accuses “I didn’t know you were into that type of thing”
“What?” I ask having completely stopped walking now
“I said I didn’t know you were into letting old guys try to get into your pants” He repeats slowly like I was an idiot or something.
“How dare you” I say not bothering to hide the anger in my voice
“What?” he says “it was just a joke”
“I don’t think it’s funny. That guy happens to be my…” I try to explain but get cut off when Sukchul grabs my arm and starts to walk
“What’s wrong with you, I was just joking” he says still dragging me because I really didn’t want to be near him anymore
“I don’t like people talking about my bo…” I try to say but get cut off again.
“Come on don’t be such a bitch” he says as he drags me down the street.
“Sukchul let go” I say trying to tug my arm away
“Oh what’s the matter? I’m not old enough for you?” he teases
“You’re not funny” I say trying once again to pull my arm away but failing because Sukchul was considerably bigger than me.
“Who said I was being funny?” Sukchul asks as he pushes me against a brick wall
“Stop it” I yell at him
“Just one kiss and I’ll let you go” Sukchul whispers as he moves in for a kiss
He never got the chance to get his lips anywhere near mine as I kicked him straight in the groin, all those years of soccer paying off.
“Only Hyukjae is allowed to kiss these lips” I say pointing to my lips “Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m going home”
As I start to walk off I hear Sukchul yell “I’m going to tell everyone you only have sex with old guys” so I turn around
“Fine, then I’ll tell everyone that the only way you can get a kiss is if you force yourself onto people” I yell before I turn back around and start walking.
“Your boyfriends a pedophile” he yells and I stop in my tracks. What did he just say?
I turn around and walk up to him “What did you just say?” I ask calmly
“I said your boyfriends a pedophile” he repeated
That was it, insult me all you want but don’t you dare say anything bad about Hyukjae, so I did the first thing that came to my mind.
SLAP.
“Did you just slap me?” Sukchul stupidly asked even though he was holding his cheek.
“Yes, and if you ever say anything about my boyfriend again I’ll kick your ass” I say and turn around to leave, completely ignoring the yells of disgust and hate coming from Sukchul.
I walked home alone slowly in the dark letting my tears hit the pavement as I went, how could anyone say something so cruel about Hyukjae?
******End of Flash Back******
Even though the texts from Hyukjae made me feel a little better I still felt the tears in my eyes.
I don’t know how long I lay in bed trying to fall asleep, but eventually I couldn’t stand the weight of my eyelids and I closed them, only to open them to a deserted beach.
The same deserted beach as before with the glassy water, and the bright blue sky.
I walk to the edge of the beach, where the water almost reached my toes and wasn’t surprised when I heard a voice from beside me.
“Tough night?” the voice asked
I turn my head and see the guy who looks like me, except older, staring off into the ocean.
“You could say that” I say after I peel my eyes away from the man, no matter how many time I see him, I just can’t shake the weird feeling I get when he’s around. It’s like I hate him and love him at the same time.
We stand there for a few minutes neither of us talking, but everything being said at the same time. It was hard to explain, but just him being there made me forget about the event that took place earlier.
“Let’s go for a walk” he finally says breaking the comforting silence. He’s holding out his hand and I’m unsure of what to do. But after a minute of processing the situation I grab hold of his hand and say “Okay”
We walk off hand in hand down the coast and I feel a nervous calm with him. When we reach a small boat I wish, only for a second, we could sail away in it and never look back.
As if reading my mind the man named fait asks “You can’t run away from your problems”
“I know” I say
“Because when you do they find a way of catching up to you” he says in that tone, you know that tone people use when they are hiding something from you because they want you to learn a lesson or something.
“What do you mean?” I ask, wanting to know what this guy was talking about.
“Nothing” he says brushing off the question “Let’s go” and he grabs my hand and we start to walk again.
We walk for miles and it seems like we’re not getting anywhere but right before I’m about to say something he stops and turns towards me.
“Are you happy?” he asks and I’m shocked
“Don’t look so shocked” he says with a smile “I just want to know if Hyukjae makes you happy”
I smile, my first genuine smile since I left Hyukjae in that café and say “Yes, I’m happy. Hyukjae makes me happy”
I hear him whisper something but I can’t make out what it was but when I go to ask him he’s no longer there.
So I sit down on the beach and stare out onto the ocean, and after a few minutes, or hours, the ocean bursts into flames again and I open my eyes to a sun filled room. My room.

sorry this took so long to post. And i totally just googled korean names and Sukchul just sounded right. I was going to make it someone in Super Junior but i just couldn't bring myself to do it.
