Still alive

I'm still alive. After the darkness of the last few months I can start to live again. Work, life and hopelessness took over my life. I was depressed yet again and had to throw the towel and admit I needed help. I haven't posted because I though " why bother?" My life was shit, I felt hopeless and the entries would be an endless loop of self pity

I've been missing you a lot, dear, and kept wondering about you.. I'm sad to hear you came back with such bad news, I wish I could help somehow. It is never easy to leave darkness, that I know myself as well. I also didn't think I could ever stand up. And now see where I am? I'm sending positive thoughts for you *hugs*
