alright, so i really hate bad moods.
i mean really hate them.
i`m so sick of this. being in a good mood, and having an awesome day. and then out of nowhere, i lose it. just lose it.
i feel like screaming. crying.. etc. i think most of you guys see where this is going.
help?

I find that hot bubble baths and listening to the most relaxing music you can find helps.
and praying it away is a good solution too
or just sitting down and concentrating on everything that's making your mood bad...taking a deep breath, holding it while capturing the negativeness and then blowing your problems out with your breath. and then leaving them there.
