What is the final thing regarding the house. Was the missing check cashed?

We finally heard back from the money order place. They tracked it and what do ya know, it was never cashed. We handed them two money orders for two months rent and they totally just lost one of them. So the money order place put a stop on it or canceled it or whatever it is that they do and we're supposed to get a check in a week or so. Which we're completely greatful for because *holy crap* we're broke right now. B-R-O-K-E
There are a couple of job openings James has applied for that we're hopeful about. One of which is highly promising. It's actually a guy from the company James lost his job at. The dude was damn high on the ladder and a big name in the company. He got tired of their crap and quit a few weeks ago. Heh, he quit, started his own business and stole one of their biggest clients. And he really likes James. He actually called him up to see how he and Jo are doing and brought up the topic of a job. So we're waiting for some more conversation with this guy.
Anyhow, babbling. Too much coffee... *vibrates*
