Title: Close
Pairing: HaeTeukHae
Rating: R/NC-17
Summary: It's been scientifically proven that if you look at someone you like for eight seconds straight, it means you fell in love with them. So what does it mean when you stare at them for much, much longer, with an expression that clearly says you'd gladly just eat them up?
The stairs seem to sway gracefully under his feet as he walks up them and he finds it a fascinating, very unusual phenomenon but Donghae doesn't let him stop and admire it, urging him to go on, embracing him tightly around his waist. Leeteuk is thankful for the embrace because thanks to it the stairs don't shake him off and he's safe until they finally reach the door and he is pushed inside, stumbling a little.
"The floor is diagonal." he states, holding onto something for support and it just happens to be Donghae's arm and he wonders why is Donghae so close, all the time, always so close to him.
He ponders on asking him that but then he decides against it since it's not really that important and Donghae is already saying something else anyway, pulling him along with him.
"You're really drunk." he says matter-of-factly.
Leeteuk knows that.
Soon he finds himself sitting on the bed in his own dark, empty bedroom and Donghae is leaning over him, asking him if he's okay.
"Never been better." Leeteuk slurs the words, not even sure if he's telling the truth or being sarcastic. He just feels super weird and he realizes he's probably not very coherent. Donghae doesn't seem to mind though because he smiles, brushing his hair out of his forehead even though the gesture doesn't make much sense because his hair is too short to get into his eyes. He's probably being affectionate, as usual. "You like touching people." It sounds somehow accusing and Donghae slowly backs away.
"Not all of them." he says coolly. "You might feel sick soon, hyung."
"Don't call me that." the older man frowns.
Donghae gives him a weird look.
"Huh? Then what am I supposed to call you?"
"Shit." Leeteuk says holding onto his stomach and Hae raises his eyebrows at him, amused. "No, not that," the leader sounds irritated. "just call me whatever you want. And I think I'm going to throw up." he announces but instead of standing up and going to the bathroom, he lies down, curling up on the covers and shutting his eyes tightly.
"Who knows you could be so much trouble." Donghae mutters under his breath. "I'm going to bring you a bowl."
He hurries to the bathroom and comes back with Sungmin's pink bowl for which he realizes he's probably going to loose his head tomorrow but he doesn't have time to look for anything else. He puts it down next to Leeteuk's bed; the man is laying still and he looks horribly pale. Donghae feels sorry for him and at the same time he's so mad he really wants to kick a certain someone's ass, because how the fuck could he dare make their leader so upset. But he keeps his cool and instead leans over his friend, gently touching his cheek.
"Are you going to throw up or not?"
Leeteuk just frowns, not even opening his eyes.
"I don't want to." he says, gritting his teeth.
"But you said..."
"But I don't want to."
Donghae pouts at him even though he knows the other man can't see it.
"You're going to have a horrible hangover tomorrow if you don't throw up now."
Leeteuk doesn't even reply and Donghae sighs, sitting on the bed next to him. Every person, even someone usually bright and just plain awesome like their leader, when drunk, gets completely stupid and stubborn. Donghae hates it. That's why he never drinks too much.
"Do you want me to stay here, or should I go?" he asks, touching Leeteuk's arm.
"Stay." is the quiet, soft reply.
"Okay. I'm just gonna take a shower."
When he comes back from the bathroom, Leeteuk is lying in the exact same spot as before and the only change is that now he's hiding his face in his arm and his shoulders shake from his sobs. Donghae feels his heart clench painfully and he climbs onto the bed, lying next to his friend. He wraps his arms around his waist, embracing him tightly from behind, pulling him as close as possible. Then he presses his cheek against Teuk's shoulder, listening to his uneven breath and hoping his own deep need for his friend to feel better would be enough for it to really happen.

When Leeteuk wakes up next morning, he immediately regrets the action. He thinks he really should know better and sleep forever or at least until next summer. But it's too late now and he has to open his eyes and face the world.
The world happens to be Donghae's grinning face and Leeteuk curses in his mind because he suddenly remembers everything.
Well... actually he remembers that he doesn't remember everything. He does remember going out with Donghae "to have fun and dance", which he wasn't too enthusiastic about and he also remembers drinking too much, which Donghae wasn't too enthusiastic about. And then... there's nothing.
"What did I do?" he asks and frowns at how raspy his voice comes out.
Donghae just grins wider.
"Nothing too embarrassing." he reassures him. Leeteuk is happy to notice that Donghae's holding something what looks like a glass of water and aspirin. But he also notices he's dressed fully and looks clean and fresh (the exact opposite of what Leeteuk feels like) and the sun is suspiciously high on the sky and he wonders what time is it and just how many appointments of utter importance he's missed.
"Don't worry," Donghae seems to be able to read his mind. "I told them you couldn't come."
Leeteuk slowly sits up, frowning when his head warns him it might want to explode. He gratefully accepts the water and drinks it slowly.
"What did you tell them?" he asks suspiciously after emptying the glass.
"That you'd gotten pregnant." Donghae replies and apparently thinks it's very funny. Leeteuk would think it was joke if he was talking to someone else, but he knows Donghae is actually capable of telling strangers that his friend was pregnant.
"Oh, great." he starts to rub the bridge of his nose, telling himself that his physical shape is not good enough to get mad and shout. "And what did they say?"
"That it was okay because they'd been excepting it sooner or later." Hae answers happily and Leeteuk closes his eyes, imagines cute, pink, fluffy harmless things and starts counting them.
"Okay," he says finally, when the cute fluffy things in his mind decide to have sex with each other. "So you all have a very sick sense of humour."
"Yup." Hae doesn't have the dignity to feel ashamed. "Don't worry, Jungsu. Just enjoy the free day."
Leeteuk gives him a surprised look at the sound of his name. It's not like he minds it; Donghae did call him by his name before, but now he's kind of used to Donghae's 'Teukie-hyungs' and the hugging, squeezing and suffocating him which usually follows them.
"You told me not to call you 'hyung'." Donghae explains him. "You don't remember?"
"No, I don't." the older man replies but brushes it off as an unimportant matter. "Donghae..." he looks into Hae's eyes.
"Hmm?"
"Thank you."
He expects Donghae to laugh, make a joke or hug him, but he certainly doesn't except him to lean in and kiss him on the lips. The kiss is very short but it feels like forever; he has enough time to notice how bright the sun is in the room, how Donghae's eyelashes flutter a little and how warm and dry his lips feel. And then Donghae backs away, flashes him a grin and runs out of the room. Leeteuk doesn't really feel like going after him and demanding an explanation, so instead he brushes his fingers against his lips in wonder.
He thinks he might finally know why Donghae seems to be always so close to him recently.

"This is some kind of bullshit." Leeteuk hears Heechul snort when he walks into the kitchen. He frowns; he's tired and sleepy and Heechul talking about bullshits first thing in the morning probably means the day is going to be shitty.
"What is?" he asks and at the sound of his voice, Kangin, who is sitting by the table, stands up and leaves quickly, walking past him without giving him a single look. Leeteuk feels a sharp pang in his heart but he doesn’t let it show on his face.
"Oh, nothing." Heechul looks up from the newspaper he's reading and grins at him. Sungmin is sitting next to him, still half asleep, chewing on his food unenthusiastically. He just gives the leader a blank look and then wakes himself up enough to smile weakly. "I was just reading an article."
"Do you want some coffee, Jungsu?" Donghae slides off the windowsill where he was drinking his cacao and walks up to him.
"Um. Sure." Leeteuk looks at him absent-mindedly. He knows Donghae is always by his side because he's worried and he doesn't want him to feel lonely and he feels obliged to be there for him because he's the only one who knows what happened (or maybe rather, what didn't happen) between him and Kangin. But Leeteuk thinks he can get over it on his own and he knows he will be fine eventually.
"So what's the article about?" he asks, sitting by the table.
"Well, it says that it's been scientifically proven that if you look at someone you like for eight seconds straight, it means you fell in love with them."
Leeteuk raises his eyebrows.
"Huh?" Well, at least the bullshit doesn't sound dangerous so maybe the day isn't going to be as horrible as he thought.
"Stupid, isn't it?" Heechul shrugs. "So, what's our schedule for today?"
It's a safe topic and Leeteuk gladly lets his mind wander off to work but he can't help but feel Donghae's eyes on him. If you are in love after staring at someone for eight seconds, what does it mean when you stare at them for much, much longer, with an expression that clearly says you'd gladly just eat them up?

It's better than getting drunk again, Leeteuk thinks as Donghae pushes him against the wall in his bedroom and showers his face with kisses before attacking his mouth, licking and biting his lips until he parts them and lets his tongue inside. And then it's hot, passionate and completely mind-blowing and he moans softly into the kiss, clutching on Donghae's arms and it feels so good, like he's finally letting go.
They're both tipsy after drinking some beer with Heechul and maybe that's why it's happening. Leeteuk doesn't know and he can't bring himself to care as they clumsily stumble towards the bed, never breaking the passionate kisses, their hands touching everywhere they can reach.
The bed sheets seem cool on their heated skin but Leeteuk barely notices it as he feels Donghae's hands running up his sides, sending shivers down his spine. Then Hae breaks the kiss and stares down at him, breathing fast, his eyes dark with lust.
"Fuck, I want you." he whispers hoarsely.
Leeteuk feels his heartbeat race.
"Then take me." he whispers back.
Donghae definitely doesn't have to be told twice and he immediately attaches his lips to the other man's neck, biting and sucking until he's sure there will be a mark left. Leeteuk moans and arches up to him, making them both gasp as their bodies contact and suddenly clothes seem terribly unnecessary so they get rid of them as quickly as possible with their clumsy, trembling hands.
Leeteuk tells himself to let go, let go completely and he closes his eyes and just feels Donghae all over him, touching, kissing, licking, biting. It's good, after all this time of missing, remembering, regretting, finally forget everything and get lost in pleasure and this insanely overwhelming warmth.
The pain is also a good thing because it just helps to intensify the feelings and his fingers curl on the bed sheets as Donghae stretches him slowly, carefully. He tells him to hurry and go on and Hae happily obliges and gives him a hot, passionate kiss before he finally enters him.
He pushes in slowly, gasping at the impossible heat surrounding him, the muscles clenching around him, so tight, so alive. It's driving him insane and it's difficult not to go faster and he looks at his leader's face to see if he's okay. Leeteuk is breathing through his lips, his eyes closed, face flushed, sweat damping his dark hair, his head thrown to the side. He looks beautiful, too damn beautiful, so open, so wanton.
"Jungsu," Donghae whispers, his voice thick with pleasure. He's finally all the way inside of his lover and it feels better than anything he's ever felt in his whole life. "look at me."
Leeteuk obliges and turns his head to look at him, his eyebrows furrowed, eyes dark and hazed with desire.
They keep the eye contact as Donghae starts to move and he watches as Leeteuk's gaze becomes more unfocused with each thrust and his breath gets faster and faster and finally he moans, throwing his head back and Donghae can't resist leaning down and kissing him.
"Fuck me harder." Leeteuk whispers, breaking the kiss. It feels too intense and Donghae takes it all too slow, the feelings are getting too much and he just wants more. Donghae groans and complies, completely loosing control as he feels Leeteuk clenching around him each time he hits his prostate.
It's so good and Leeteuk can't think anymore but he still feels, feels how different, different it all is and when he comes it's different too, different from everything he's felt before.
It's like he's finally free.

This fic shouldn't have ever come to my mind and writing it seems like bad idea now that I'm finished.
Well, IT'S TOO LATE.
And um, as you can see, I can't write smut. This is as graphic as I could get without embarrassing the hell out of myself and I'd rather let the hell stay inside of me. Well, there's still a second try in the next chapter! XD Though it will be Hae on bottom this time. I think?
It also seems I have a thing for killing OTPs and this time I did it to my own OTP. Well, duh. It's their fault for not sexing each other up recently. And since Kangin apparently doesn't mind Donghae, um, touching the leader... I just let Hae touch him some more.
I hope someone liked it. ANYONE?
