just let it shout with amazement..
so.. this last week has been one of the best ever!!
Madison turned 3 today. She is growing up so fast, it's really scary. Brett and I took her to Disneyland on Thursday. We let her "build a bear" too, she named her Maggie after the cow she met at Disneyland: )It was so much fun, I can't wait until I have kids. Her little faced had a glowing smile on it all day long.
and this past weekend was one of the most amazing, romantic, special, touching, memorable weekends I have ever had..
Yesterday was Brett and mines anniversary. Time has gone by so fast.. I swear every day gets faster and faster. But there is no one else I would rather spend my days with. If someone told me a year and a half ago I was going to find love like this I would have laughed in their face.. come on now I'm Heather I DO NOT have good luck in the boy area. At least until now.. He has taught me so much. I really hope one day everyone finds love like this, it is the most amazing feeling. It is so much better than any movie can make it out to be, or any book can describe.. nothing can touch this.. you just have to feel it. You have to feel the butterflies when you know you are about to see them.. you have to feel the goosebumps when they whisper in your ear.. you have to feel the complete bliss as you're held in their arms and the world around you melts away. It's indescribable..
so anyway.. I had Saturday to celebrate and Brett had Sunday. On Saturday Brett met me at my house bright and early. I blindfolded him and we were on our way. I had reservations at sea world for "breakfast with shamu". It was so cool.. we seriously ate with a whale. Then we spent the day at sea world and went to Madison's birthday dinner at Chuck E. Cheeses. Following the dinner we went to a delightful FOB and All-American Rejects Concert... get this, ON THE WATER. It was the coolest thing ever.

Then on Sunday.. (Brett's day) We started the morning off right with the traditional sunday morning Einsteins and Jamba Juice, then we went to church. After church I gave Brett the rest of his presents (a GIANT collage of all our pictures from our first year, I read him the "I Like You" book (it's the cutest book ever! If you haven't read it.. go read it! NOW! get off the internet and go buy it!!..It's a little kids book but it's everything I have allways wanted, and finally have in a relationship)), then I gave him our stone (at disneyland you can get a stone in the ground with your names on it..for a pretty penny. It reads: Brett Pepin & Heather Ozuna April 2, 2005.
After all that Brett's festivities began. He gave me a two page letter (it was so cute) and a mix type that had 21 songs that I swear were written for us. Then it was time for my scavenger hunt. He had clues written on little pieces of paper that would lead to locations significant to us. We went to Jessica's house(our first cuddle), swallow, West Hills, his old apartment where we had our first kiss, my fornt yard where he asked me out, top of the hyatt, the life guard tower at La Jolla shores that he asked me to prom at, and we ended up at La Jolla Cove (our christmas card picture) where there was a picnic waiting for us. We sat at the top of a cliff and could only see the ocean around us.. it was the most romantic moment. Then we got in the car and he told me there was one more thing.. I ended up falling asleep and woke up 2 hours later to find that it was 8pm and I was just arrivng at Disneyland! He had gotten us tickets to see Fantasmic from the top of a balcony in New Orleans Square.. with tons of food I might add. The tickets supposedly sell out within 5 minutes. Then we watched the firworks from the balcony.. another moment that I will never forget. After that we went on Haunted Mansion and Splash Mountain then we went home. In addition to the events I recieved one of the most beautifu gifts I will probably ever recieve. Brett wrote me a book. It is our love story up until now.. and there are tons of blank pages that we are going to continualy write together as the years go by. I wanted to cry reading it. I love him so much. I knew love was going to be good when I finally found it.. but I had no idea what I was really in for.
