So my car's air vent doesn't work. I became aware of this when I was driving somewhere in Delaware and I realized the knob that sets the fan speed was melting. Yes, the plastic was melting because there's some kind of electrical problem that causes it to overheat. No, I am not making this up. My fingerprint is now in the plastic where I (briefly)

She never made it clear whether we would be listed as co-authors or not. I'd seen other papers where she'd just footnoted her student research assistants, so I was worried. Hopefully it won't be the case, but nothing's for sure yet.

After heavily editing several articles/papers for the professor I worked for this year, I didn't even make the sections where he thanked the other dozen or so people with whom he ever talked about his work. His english drafts seemed suspiciously as if his original french articles were put through babelfish. Oh well... at least he gave me an A...
