This semester, yes. I might have to or want to take 4.5 or 4.75 like I did last semester though. Thanks to that, and to AP credits, I'm a whole semester ahead credit-wise.
Wow you got on the Honor Board? Congratulations. I interviewed but was unsuccessful. :( If a spot ever opens up let me know, because I would still love to be on it.
Well, actually, it's not really "the man" at all. The administration has been slowly dismantling the various institutions where students can govern themselves (including the nerfing a lot of the SJB's authority), but the honor board is still intact. And it isn't just to persecute students who are cheating, there can be times where professors unilaterally decide to to act as judge, jury, and executioner in deciding someone has cheated, and in that case the student could invoke their right to a hearing by their peers.
Mostly though, it just seemed like an interesting intellectual challenge.
you're completely right, and it's quite comforting to know you'll be on it. as someone who was the victim of said judge/jury/executioner, it's nice to know.
