I can't read some of the Kanji, the scans are so blurry, but as far as I can make out they're not splitting up. They seem to have been thinking about it, but they decided not to.

Kinda weird that nobody has been talking about this yet.

I'm glad they decided against disbanding but...I hope they'll be able to split up if they are really unhappy with what they do and if they don't get along anymore. There's nothing worse than seeing a band stay together just to make everybody else happy.
