i know why your skin doesnt work... you arent going to know what im talking about but im going to try anyway. The backround picture of your skin needs to be hosted by a server.. wherever you got the layout from probably doesnt allow members to use their server. SO.. in order for your skin to work, the image needs to be uploaded onto a working server.. and since you dont have one.. you can use mine. BUT i will have to do all of this for you. :) K? k. bye.

when you get the skin working, you need to credit them for it. so i will put a banner in your user info (look at mine to see what i mean)cuz if you dont, they will delete you...
and if you want, you can just tell me where you got the skin and i will do it all for you or i can come over and do it if you want me to explain everything...
