I can't sleep, I can't eat, I can't stop feeling this fucking way...pot and excercise isn't helping me anymore, I'm getting addicted to fucking ciggs.Why does this always happen to me? I can never be happy...NEVER

its hard to go cold turkey, and replacing ciggs with something else doesnt
help...but dont feel bad bout it all, it happens to many...
