Emma: Defending Charles (Divisions within the movement)
anonymous

Erik and Raven complain about Charles (his naivete, the invasive nature of his mutation/lack of boundaries, his unwillingness to use his powers against humanity to enact large scale change). Emma basically walks in, refutes their points/calls them out on their hypocrisy. This surprises them as Emma and Charles have never particularly gotten along.
When they mention it to her she says, "You wouldn't understand. You are not like us."
This bothers them. As believers of mutant pride and supremacy, they see themselves as defenders of mutant rights, protecting all mutants from harm, speaking on behalf of the oppressed. How could she possibly believe that they couldn't understand one of their own? Frankly, they also kind of resent that she (as they see it) is drawing divisions amongst them.
Emma schools them as only the White Queen could.
If you want to expand on this story/add any pairings that would be fine.

Oh thank you so much. This was incredible. You go Emma. You tell those bloody hypocrites. The double standards Erik and Raven have is something that always bugged me, and I enjoy seeing them being called out for it. I would love something like this in the sequel. And any badass Emma is always welcome. Again, amazing story.

I hope you don't mind terribly that I'm stealing some of your ideas to fill this as well. It kept bugging me, and I finally wrote it out during English.
Defending Charles Fill2 (1a/?)

This kinda latches onto what the Author of Fill 1 did, because it was AMAZING, and it inspired me like NOTHING ELSE. So. Here's my shot at what possibly happened next.
OP: Hope you don't mind!
Charles Xavier knew she was coming, of course. She hadn't planned on hiding it from the man, for gods' sake. She wanted to join him, in that mansion in Westchester which Erik liked to pretend didn't exist. But it did. And Emma Frost could only handle so much of Magneto-the-Moron and Mystique-the-Naked-Girl being oblivious and childish about telepathy. She had tried to put up with it for a while, of course. She'd chosen a side. Changing would be hard, especially at this point, when no one trusted anyone else, least of all the supposed general of the opposite side. But Xavier was ridiculously powerful, and could not possibly be as naive as Magneto and Mystique made him out to be, and she'd let him check before asking for sanctuary

There was a silence, even in their minds.
(I got sick of their nonsense). She let herself think of every derogatory comment she had put up with, about her being a woman, about her being a telepath, about her being unscrupulous. Every time she had walked into a room, causing it to fall silent, as if she wouldn't hear what they were thinking by them not speaking. Everytime she had heard them complain about the lack of privacy, loudly, obviously, around her, as if she hadn't already heard them thinking it.
When people want to criticise, they will criticise whatever they can get. It is no true reflection on you.
She nodded, because it was good sense. And she'd known that. She'd learned that years ago. It was still nice to hear it out loud.
We are not prepared for a war, Emma. Nowhere near it. My army consists of children, and while I know better than to try to keep them here, they are still children. You would be safer if you headed out alone and kept hidden. He didn't bother adding that he wasn't trying to drive her away, that he

"What Time Will Make of Us" by 03-07-1992 is pretty interesting: There is no end to segregation. Humans or Mutants? Doesn't matter. Telepaths lose. here-> http://03-07-1992.livejournal.com/3191.html#cutid1

I love this. Moar? *looks hopeful*
Emma and Charles should be BFFs in every universe. The world would be better. (actually, the world would also be better if January Jones started walking around in Emma Frost's comics costume, but I'll settle for the other)
You and crimsonscrow have given me a mild obsession with Emma, I'm afraid. ;)

OMG. Yes. January Jones. UNF. *slaps self*
Lol, I blame it on Crimsoncrow's fill, and OP's brilliant prompt. She's so addictive, isn't she? I hate how we don't have more strong female characters in fandom. Ticks me off. :(
