Erik owns a corner/convenience store. Charles is the customer that comes in every Friday and buys a case of ramen because that's all he can afford. After a few weeks of just casual conversation, Erik finally asks him out. Charles turns him down at first (because he's poor and totally can't afford to go out, duh; the reason for that I'll leave up to the possible lovely anon that fills this?)

Just give me a poor, starving Charles and shop owner Erik falling in love. And eventually Charles gets to eat more than just ramen. XD
