Work was agony in the pitfalls of labor today for me. I loaded 7 Gaylord's of fittings that weighed a total of 5,560 lbs. Then they all had to be shrink-wrapped and strapped down to the pallets. I wish either of my bands can be in the right place at the right time to get signed and maybe pay just enough to quit our regular jobs...Hell, I would even ( Read more... )

your mind is made up about marriage because you don't think you'll find someone you want to marry or because you just don't want to be married ever?

A little of both. Or maybe I just do not want to believe it could ever happen to me. I have asked one time many moons ago and was turned down as I am glad I was cause it would not have worked, looking back on it that is.

i often think i won't ever get married and it's not a i'm anti-marriage thing but rather i don't think i'll ever find someone i'd want to be married to.

i don't ever want kids so being married isn't as important to me - i would be fine being in a committed, lasting relationship without it being a marriage on paper. but i'm not sure even that will happen for me. i have always had and continue to have absolutely no luck in finding someone. so i won't hold my breath on that whole thing.

Mainly seeing friends go through some pretty tough stuff, with kids involved no less, and never even being truthful about anything amongnest themselves. I know I can not judge myself based on others but the reality is that most people never really get along after a long period of time. Maybe its a "fad" or something, if it is a "fad" it's a sad one.

I agree that it's sad. After seeing my sister's divorce this year after 10 years of marriage.. that was just almost more than I could stand.

I don't ever want to get married unless I'm just 100% sure that it'll never end that way. And I'm just not sure what it would take to convince me of that.

That's not to say I don't want a relationship with anyone. I could see myself living with someone or being close with someone in the long term. I just don't know about marriage though.
