My dear Singapore f-list,

Please recommend me some restaurants or hawker center stalls to eat at!! Doesn't matter how ulu or far or the type of food - I don't plan to spend my money shopping in Singapore so I'm gonna spend it on FOOD :D :D!!!

I went to the white rabbit (on company tap of course) and while the setting is chic, the food does not really justify the bill. maybe because we order full course, but for lunch we spend close to 150 / person lol

Recently my hubby is turning to octo-vegetarian (or whatever it is, im not too familiar) so we were on the lookout of nice vegetarian eateries. One of the best catch so far is this : http://www.originalsin.com.sg/

Octo-vegetarian means allows dairy in the diet, but no eggs or animal by-products (like gelatin). I'm happy that your husband chose to do so for whatever reason and please tell him I totally support him whether he did for environmental, ethical, health or religious reasons - I'm a pescatarian (means I allow fish as well), so I admire people who make the effort to go even further.

I cook/eat a lot of Greek and Middle Eastern food, so try looking out for those places :)

LOLOL me too!!...I'll check out the seafood buffet but I hate crabs :(
