- Theme : ( can be K-Pop [like TVXQ or SuJu], J-Pop [like Koda Kumi or Arashi], C-Pop [like SuJu M or Farenheit], or any other themes [like Gossip Girl, Twilight, etc.] )
- Colors : ( colors you want to be used for your layout )
- Pictures : ( pictures you want to be used for your layout; this part is optional for Asian-themed layout requests )
- Other Details : ( other details you want to include; this part is optional ; please be specific )
REQUEST RULES
- Be polite. Seriously, it's not that hard to ask properly, right?
- Your request form (comment) should have the proper complete details (subject / comment title, theme, colors, pictures) or else your request will be ignored.
- We do not accept requests that contain excessive suggestive / improper material. If you want a layout with your favorite boyxboy / girlxgirl / boyxgirl pairing, or a half-naked Yoochun (lol), that's fine-- but don't go beyond that.
- Be patient. You're not the only one with the busy schedule, you know. xD And there are others who requested before you, so it takes a lot of time before yours is made.
