so last night i saw Gotye & mini orchestra, hes amazing, he has more creative talent in his little finger then i do im my entire body. But he does it with such ease, and modesty that u can't get angry or jealous that he is such an amazing musician. i was sitting by myself but it didnt even matter, just meant nobody to talk or distract me ( Read more... )

and for the first time in ages, im not going to any shows you have listed. Not much care for the BR/Strung out tour... would like to see MYC again but oh well. Saw Fall Out Boy and while they were good, after seeing an interview with them on Foxtel i can honestly say they are one of the most arrogant bands i have ever seen, especially about Australia.

What about Birds of Tokyo or Dead Letter Circus? You not heading to those shows? Ahhh much love for BOT!

Gotye would have been fantastic! I wish I'd gone to see him, but I guess he'll be back again soon enough. I actually didn't think much of Gym Class Heroes. I decided that they are too much like Har Mar Superstar, and if you are going to do that kind of thing, you might as well do it with some originality. Wow... that sounded really pretentious and cruel! They aren't bad... I just wasn't blown away. Of course, they were up against Gwen Stefani...

I too can't wait until Bad Religion!

gotye is amazing! just got announced for falls, hahaha its he's enough for me to want to go too. haha well gch werent that good on there own so they woulda looked fair shitty up against Gwen, hehe.
