Rewind to August 29th at the Putnam Valley Library.  Linda (Obama fanatic, self-coined "left of Lenin") comes bursting into the back room.

Linda: Did you see McCain's running mate?

Me: Yeah, I saw the name Palin, who is he?

Linda: SHE!

Colin and I: She??

*google search for Palin*

Me: Holy shit, she looks exactly like Tina Fey.

Colin/Linda: She DOES!

Amy Poehler didn't seem like Hillary Clinton at all, but Tina Fey was PERFECT. She even adopted Palin's slightly midwestern-ish accent.

HAHAHAHA When my boss first saw Sarah Palin, his response was "It's a shame Tina Fey is no longer on Saturday Night Live." And then all of a sudden, the media jumped on this like a pack of dogs on a three legged cat. Every tv show, every magazine was like "Sarah Palin looks just like Tina Fey." Glad to see she went on SNL and did that skit, although I haven't had a chance to watch it yet.
