Hey man, I know a bit what you're feeling like right now, believe it or not. With parents, you just gotta live with their shit, cause most times, they know they can't back up what they say, but since they have parental authority and shit, and also huge egos to uphold (no parent would ever be able to live with the fact that they got disproven by their own son/daughter), they give themselves the liberty of using the last-defense BS answer of "because I don't want you to" and keeping you cooped up in the house. And also, they probably have to head to work tomorrow (I'm saying probably since I dunno ur parents' work schedules) while u can head to school and sleep in class, so they get pissed at the thought of you being able to head out and have a good time while they have to stay home, so there's actually an Orgon parallel here. As for the GPA, I've had my mom on my ass bout that so much, I really don't give a damn anymore, and because she realizes this, she doesn't try as hard to pressure me anymore

I guess my parents meant well, but it is true that i didi go out all three days of last weekend so i guess I can see where they are coming from. And yes my parents work but they can't bitch about that because they don't noe i sleep in class and I wake up at the same time as my mom and earlier than my dad so W/E. The hurricane has nothing to do wiht it by the way this is how it always is though i can usually convince them to let me go out.
