i've heard the original is better, we should watch it together. I read that the character is more like zissou (not the exact words, obviously...)... less remorseful or something ( i don't know the plot, but i imagine it goes something like he's a womanizer, actually falls in love, gets his heart broken, understands how all the chicks felt when he used them, ends up getting some girl and settling down)... anyway... we can see if lauren and heather would like to see it, they'd probably be more likely to watch the jude law version...
