Well, I'm currently 28, turning 29 soon, and I still wear stuff out of Cecil McBee, it may not be the more gal-ish stuff, but I still wear it because I like it and it looks good on me.
And, I teach high schoolers, and I just talk with them about things like TV, and music(Arashi) and a lot of things just fine, and I switch back and forth between slang and proper words, but that just has to do with my moods.
And TRY and do something cool for your 25th! I went to Tokyo Disneyland on my own and just did whatever I wanted to, it was great. Honestly, though, for me, I find the older I get, the less the I feel older. Like, the difference between say, 15 and 20 was huge, but the difference between 20 and 25 felt smaller and it just keeps getting smaller.
Thing for me is that I haven't been taught slang so, while I understand some of it, alot of the times I just stand there smiling politely haha xD
Oh I don't feel old either which is why its so weird that I'm now closer to 30 rather than 20. But either way, I was supposed to go to Keikarou with my friend, but she got late meeting up with me cause she has terrible luck most of the time, so we didn't have time to go all the way out there (tried though but gave up) and so we ended up in Shibuya eating parfaits and pancakes. Def not the best birthday I've ever had but oh well, it was decent in the end at least!
I have birthday presents for myself coming up that I'm looking forward to very much! CONCERTS YAY!
Thanks for commenting though, happy to not be the only not-really-grown up grown up.
