The two of them set out to coordinate a female outfit that would match each other’s taste. We present to you the final results, which were born from a mixture of trouble & laughter!

And then their talk
For the theme of 「Fashion Arashi」, the two of them went to choose clothes for each other. As per the order from Ninomiya kun, 「This time will be female clothes!」, they set out to once again take on the challenge of being coordinators. Matsumoto kun was quick to step forward with his 「All right, I know what to do!」, while Sakurai kun looked like he’s in a big pinch, saying 「Someone please help me~ (laugh)!」. Standing in front of the two outfits which were the results of much struggle, they started a talk about “girl’s styles” ♪
The variety of all the items is absolutely impressive. Girls sure go through a lot of troubles~!
Shou: Iyaa~, this time it was so difficult!
Jun: Because it’s easily the first time we ever pick out clothes for girls, right? Stuffs like camisoles and tube tops, there are so many things that men don’t have. I got all confused.
Shou: Accessories, shoes, bags…… there are seriously too many of these extra items. (in a serious and honest tone) Everyday girls sure go through a lot of troubles!
Jun: Oh but the style that Shou kun thought up for me was quite refreshing, nice! If my girlfriend shows up at our date in this outfit, I would surely want to go for a walk in the park with her (laugh).
Shou: I didn’t have any confidence but I put all my mind into it (laugh). I tried to match with the clothes MatsuJun wear today and went for a “knitted couple” look. (T/N: as in, he chose a knitted top for the outfit to match with MatsuJun’s own shirt) I also went for consistancy with jeans X boots for the bottom part. MatsuJun, you were quite quick with your choices, right?
Jun: I also aimed to pick out clothes that match Shou kun’s outfit today. My plan is for the chic color to complement the texture of the leather material. The scenario is when Shou kun goes to pick up your girlfriend for a date, but she still hasn’t finish preparing, so, in a haste, she ends up wearing the same style as you do…… it’s that kind of image.
Shou: That is quite some detailed setting (laugh)!
Jun: The place where you two would go is around Omotesando. You would take a leisure walk while admiring the illumination ♪
Shou: This outfit truly gives off the feeling of a “night date”.
Jun: This might be a little hard to imagine, but what do you think about the kinds of girl’s clothes that would suit the taste of the other members?
Shou: Looks like Aiba chan would want to have a lively date, going to the amusement park or something. So I figure a girl who dresses up in a casual style would suit him?
Jun: Riida will go fishing in his date for sure?
Shou: Which means that his girlfriend’s clothes must be waterproof and provide enough protection against cold weather (laugh). Nino’s date will be at home, I guess.
Jun: It’s highly likely that the two of them would do nothing but playing game. It’s decided that their outfits should be pajamas (laugh)! Today we went through quite some hardship, but someday I’d want to go shopping with my girlfriend at least once.
Shou: That sounds fun. By the way, today while selecting the items, was there anything that immediately caught your eyes?
Jun: Umm, maybe the denim miniskirt.
Shou: I once again got to think that 「one-piece dresses are so cute」. After all, clothes that show off femininity are highly appreciated. Well, to be honest, maybe I only think so because I don’t understand much about fashion and trendy things (laugh).
Jun: Talking about coordinating, in 「Mannequin Five」 (a popular corner on 「Himitsu no Arashi chan」), we also challenge ourselves to the task of selecting clothes but……
Shou: (in a mortifying tone) I’ve had nothing but hard times in that (laugh).
Jun: We’ve been through so much criticism and depression.
Shou: But there’s no way the evaluation about us is the same for everyone else. It might well be that the people who come to judge us there don’t have very good senses of fashion (laugh). (X Monster’s comment: look how skillful Mr Fail is at shifting the blame LOL) (with a loud voice) For girls too, I think it’s best if you wear the clothes you like!

Nope, not Sleeping Beauty, do not misread it, girls! And what a brilliantly fitting theme for Riida, sleeping LOL Nice one Shou chan!
On another, pretty unrelated note, recently my mom has started watching Arashi LOL Well, it so happened that we just got a new DVD player as a promotion item for something we purchased. It's the type of DVD player that you can plug your USB in and have it play the videos. To try out the innovative function, I scooped a USB full of Arashi performances/PVs/etc. and had it play. My mom's curiosity got the better of her then and she also sat down to watch with me LOL She happened to find the guys rather interesting, and that Arashi would make a better pastime compared to aimlessly flipping the channels when there's nothing particularly worth watching. The other day I went home and found mom glued to the One Love PV ROFL
There's a slight problem though, my mom is pretty much hopeless at remembering names, especially foreign ones (you wouldn't believe how much time it took for her to remember the full name of Mr Roger Federer, her favorite tennis player LOL), so she has resorted to calling Arashi by random nicknames she thought up. Let's see, there are the good-looking guy (in my mom's opinion, Jun's look is the best among the members LOL), the guy whose face resembles a donut (yes, Riida LOL), the chipmunk guy (you know who that is, right?), the baby-face guy (I guess you'd also know this person), and the "other" guy (I'm so sorry Aiba chan T___T).
