I've only found a single website that has insight into my problem of constant reboots after installing XP Pro SP3. The error code seems to suggest it's a problem with my APCI/ACPI (i can't remember which) power management driver. Hey, the DSL guy just called me for access to the Network Interface in the building! He did all his work he needed inside and he's up on a pole hooking the rest of it up right now. If all goes well I'll have internet by the time I get home.
