Hm, I've never had a word war before. I hear they are helpful for getting writerly juices flowing, although I'm not entirely sure how one goes about the whole thing.

I might have a look at the thingy I'm trying to write currently, and maybe send it to you for some crit and encouragement if I still find myself flailing around like a loser XD

I think that sounds like something I should do, but would be very faily at. It might be a good way to stop myself constantly correcting and editing as I go though.

I joined WriYe! Went to check out the forums and got all inspired. :)

Tennis commentary is so slashy! All the talk about 'balls' and 'pushing it deep' and 'behind the baseline'... *fans self* :P

I haven't written anything solid for months. :(

Jim keeps saying "penetration" over and over again. Every match. 8D

Aww, it sucks, doesn't it? *hugs* I right with you there.

you should try waitressing, its so much fun cause you always have something to do and its a real challenge working when its busy.
If you like that kind of stuff,
or night fill at coles pays well aparently. You just have to stock shelves while they're closed and listen to music

I've thought about waitressing before, but I'm not sure. I sometimes have a tendency towards uncontrollable panic attacks when the workplace gets too busy. If it was a smaller cafe or something, that'd be nice.

Ha, totally wanted to do night fill somewhere. Just need to see if Coles or Woolies are looking for someone.

I think they're usually looking for people. I'm not sure about Mundaring though

Well, I am always keen to read your stuff and I'd be happy to give you some feedback and discuss ideas with you. Never fear the creative block!
I couldn't even go into my studio for about a month and then: Wham! (XD) I'm in the middle of painting a shoe and I have a cute little oil painting in the works. The juices will return when you least expect it.

Oh, hey have you decided whether you're coming to Waicon?

And here, because I felt like it:

Osiris! Oooh, coolio :)

YES! I shall have to like, I dunno, email you my tennis WIP, that one I sent you the pictures because of. It's eating my soul :/ Lol.

Painting a shoe, you say? I am intrigued...

And right now I am about 70% sure I'm coming. I need to double check and make sure we're not already doing something on those days, but hopefully I should make it to at least one of them. Woo :D

:D Excellent! I hope you can make it, it would make my day.

Well, the shoes are a birthday present for my mother, kind of. She actually bought them ages ago (white chucks) and asked me to decorate them, but I've left it a bit late. Hopefully they'll be done by her birthday.

And yes, send me the tennis wip, I'd like to read it after you showed me those photos :P.

I have discussed this with my boyfriend.

He is not down with this idea.

Sekrit lovers, perhaps?
