I would not put too much stock in what the scale says since your weight can fluctuate within 2-3 pounds each day. Plus if you are doing weight training you can gain muscle mass, which weighs more than fat. The best way to chart progress is using a tape measure. That is why I have never bought a scale because with my BDD I would weight myself constantly.
