I usually agree. I understand that when the country was first founded they didn't want to have a full standing army. That is why we are allowed to have guns. I wish the laws were like Singapore.

For normal day to day life I do not feel that Americans should have guns. However, people in New Orleans are getting out of control. They even showed the police looting on the news. One of the news crews was told not to eat or drink in public for their own safety. They were told that they need to pull out by night fall.
