Miyavi and the KAVKI BOIZ.
Tyrol, Stockholm - Sweden. 1st of July 2008.

Sorry for this review being a mess. I'm still tired after the days in Stockholm, and the drama from yesterday. I hope you enjoy reading this though! oh, and please DO NOT take this out of my LJ.
-

I woke up 07.30, took a shower, did my hair and make up for ages, and then waited for Julia (my bffl I was going with) to get done.
Around 10.00 we went to the cantine in the hotel, to eat some breakfast. I was really disappointed, it didn't seem like they had any fried potatoes. I had around 7 small sausages, a sandwich with strawberry jam on, and a glass of orange juice. After finishing the breakfast we went on a search for a picnic blanket and a pillow, some Burn and candy.

We arrived at Tyrol ~12.00 seeing that the queue already had grown very long. But of course, the queue grew longer and longer. Our norweigan neighbours in the queue were very friendly and they were a great company for the seven hours we waited. The guards made sure everyone was drinking enough water and taking a snack or so. Later on there were actually mini cars driving around handing out free water bottles to everyone! There were also RedBull cars driving around, and you could go and pick up some cans over there aswell.
Around 4½ hours before we were let in - the rain was PISSING down. It was horrible, but it gave a nice feeling to the queueing somehow. Just when the rain began to pour down, I was in the line to the toilets. Lol. After finishing my horrible visit and those toilets I ran to find some plastic coats against the rain, but they were all sold out. How would we manage this?
I got back to the queue and had to sit in a very weird way and make myself as tiny as possible, to fit under the small umbrella I was sharing with Julia. Suddenly her mom came running with those plastic coats, she had searched everywhere for them, so we wouldn't get too cold/wet. We spazzed and were really happy.

After about 4 hours they started to let us in. The guards and Mika (NN organizer and manager) came out to tell the rules, as usual. No cans, no video cameras or ordinary cameras. A strict photoban - get caught and you'd get thrown out.

Everything was getting even more chaotic and I was the biggest spazz ever. I got pissed at the closet dudes for being unorganized and I wasn't familiar with the venue either. I bought my t-shirt and put it in my bag, ran to the crowd and stood there for a while.

It was toally packed in there, tons of people. An organizer came on stage and told us to sit down as it was a part of the show. People were making a fuzz out of it and some acted like little kids and angry elders. I can't say that there were no nice people though, 'cos there were tons!
Mugs with cold water was being passed around, and I don't think I've shared a mug with so many people in my whole life. Lol. Wonderful.
After some about an hour (even though it felt like 3 minutes) it got dark, and everyone got on their feet in the speed of lightning, fighting for the best spot in the crowd. We were all standing so close to eachother it felt like I was in a sardine can.

Miyavi got on stage, and it was just as I read from other peoples reviews. He came onto stage with the big Japanese umbrella and all that. JPN PRIDE went on, people went crazy and I got separated from Julia.
'Sukiyaki teriyaki harikari geisha, sushisoba tenpura fujiyama ninja' was being chanted from many directions. It felt awesome.
Oddly enough couldn't really hear that many people singning along to the song later on.
Coin Rockers Baby, followed by Ossan ossan ore nanbo was awesome the hear live, and I had a such great time singing along to the songs.

As soon as Miyavi presented the KAVKI BOIZ - oh em gee I went nuts when I saw TeddyLoid, did the triangle sign and yelled 'TEDDY!!'. Lol. A girl in the crowd gave me a weird look. Maybe I annoyed her?
After the presentation he continued with a few more songs, after that it was time for TeddyLoid to do his thing. To be honest, everything felt a lot more better when TeddyLoid DJ'd some. He kinda stole the show for me. Lol. His presence on this tour did a lot, he got everyone into a good mood.

Hm.. what more.. Well, I had a really hard time breathing throughout 70 percent of the concert due to all the tall people around me. But I was lucky to be surrounded by a lot of nice people that took good care of me. I got water whenever I needed and so. I was in the middle in the beginning, but got pushed to the left more and more, all the time near the guards and the water. In the end I was 3rd row to the left.

All in all - every song played was AWESOME live. BOOM-HAH-BOOM-HAH-HAH and it's movements, the battles, everything was enjoyable.

oh! And of course Miyavi had to speak some Swedish aswell;

Tjena tjena! (Hey hey)
Har ni kul? (Having fun?)
Mera mera! (More more!)
Kom igen! (Come on!)

And I think he tried to say something about pasta, but he went 'eh.. uhm... HMM' and started to laugh, 'cos he forgot what to say.
He told us he loved Sweden and that he had some sightseeing during the day. He loved that the city was so clean and beautiful. And of course that made us all very happy.

The last song played was Subarashikikana, Kono Sekai -What a wonderful World-, and everyone gave their all during the last songs. Cherryblossom petals were being thrown into the audience, and we were all trying to catch as many as possible. I managed to catch ONE. Lol.

When the concert was over I just had to buy more merch. .___. I ended up buying a totebag (it's turqouise with a neon pink logo) and a clearfile.

I THINK I can remember almost all of the songs being played. All of them but JPN PRIDE and some more, is probably in the wrong order though.
