My tooth infection has spread from my tooth to my gums and now my throat. It hurts so bad I can hardly swallow or open my mouth or even move my tongue. The entire right side of my throat is a giant open sore. I think the swelling has actually forced my molars to rearrange - my wisdom tooth is now at a 90 degree angle to the inside of my cheek, and
