Okay... so a few pictures of the trip to Egypt. Just a couple to give the mood of what it's like. Not going to post all of them (at least not right now), there's about 200 in total, so no. Just these pictures.
*pets* It might look pretty... but the heat is nothing to be jealous over though. LOL. Between 36 and 50 degrees celcius. *falls over in a dead heap* That was murder. >.<
Oh! I gots a Feazle drawn... now I just need to get that damn camera right.
Still looks like it was amazing! You gots a Feazle? Yay. *hands you inspirational arty thoughts*. You've only got yourself to blame over the camera - if I remember correctly it was you that suggested it *sticks tongue out*.
It was. Definitely going back sometime again. But in winter time, when I'm not being slowly roasted in the sun. *nodnod*
...right. *facepalm* I should never have gotten that thought. But then, if I don't do it now poor Feazle will rather strange pulling at thin air. XD ah well. *greedily snatches the arty thoughts*
Puuh... 43c... A good summer with lots of heat here in Denmark would be an average of 27c, and that's on a really good day. Lol.
Hmm, I haven't seen that one. Though Egypt's pretty easy to fall in love with. Just ignore the fact that you can't walk in peace without being asked a ton of things by locals, then you're fine. XP Even if they're just very friendly.
I just had to tell you my son was looking over my shoulder as I kept looking at all the photos...he couldn't believe the Nile would look so lush (he's in 4th grade). He enjoyed the photos too.
If you ever get a chance to see that movie, I thought it was really good. Plot and sexiness both, but with a sad ending. Along with Egypt, I also fell in love with Frank Langella.
Hee, thank you and to your son as well. The Nile and the Nile Valley is pretty lush (probably because of some good gardening as well ;)) and the irigation helps a lot too. The green areas last to about 60km from the Nile and then suddenly they becomes desert.
Hmm, I think I'll have to see if I can find that movie. lol.

I fell in love with Egypt after seeing the movie Sphinx, many, many, many years ago.
