I'd take a step back

Just plan one morning, to do something far more important than anything thats currently apart of your life. Whether thats spending time with your family, taking the neglected pet for a walk, or just getting up early and watching the sunrise. It takes very little energy to see the big picture, however getting to that point will either take time or work. Everything is so minor when you can view it from the sky. Heh - yeah - abstract, but its really good advice.
