Ugh! Love is complicated. Why can't everyone just get along?!?! But for me personally, with the honest thing, I've just learned to be honest with everyone about everything (at least I'm trying). Even if it may hurt their feelings. Because think about it... If you don't tell someone something in attempt to spare their feelings, then chances are they can easily find out from another person, and then you've lied to them. It's basically a lose/lose situation.
