I was going to fast today, but my father surprised me by taking me out to McDonals for breakfast. I had a sausage McGriddle and a diet coke. I'm not sure how many calories I had, but i'll say 200-250 to be on the safe side. If anyone knows exactly how many are in the sandwich, feel free to tell me

I know this is days later- but a sausage McGriddle is 419 cals. If you need help counting cals for restaurants you can always go to calorieking.com (This site is my savior!)
